On a working visit, Maulen Aimanbetov visited the city of Karaganda, where he inspected several sites and got acquainted with the preparations for the construction of comfortable schools.

Within the framework of the national project, 8 secondary education facilities will be built in the regional center. One of them will be erected in the Kendala microdistrict. It is designed for 2000 students. Preparations for construction are proceeding according to schedule, however, sewerage networks and water supply pass through the site. The Chairman of the Board instructed the contractor BI Global LLP to independently organize the removal of networks.

The Chairman of the Board instructed to revise the master plan of the facility during the inspection of the site in the Gulder microdistrict. A comfortable school for 300 students will be built there. Contractor - Stink TFK LLP. The new school will be built next to the existing one, so the developer, together with the city's architecture department, needs to trim the site of the existing school, dismantle and store unnecessary small architectural forms so that outdoor sports facilities meet all standards. According to Aimanbetov, it is necessary to start earthworks as soon as possible in order to keep up with the schedule.

“When designing, it is imperative to provide for access roads. It is important that travel and parking do not interfere with local residents. This issue needs to be worked out with the local authorities,” Aymanbetov said.

The head of SK Constuction was dissatisfied with the preparations for the construction of a comfortable school for 300 students in the village of Ushtobe. "A very weak start to mobilization," Aimanbetov said. The contractor of Astana Koktem S LLP fenced off the site and installed video surveillance cameras, but for three weeks now he has not been able to land the school, as he is waiting for the conclusion of geological surveys from the laboratory.

“You say you have to wait another two weeks, as a result, you will spend 5 weeks on this. You can not sit and wait by the sea for the weather. I am instructing you to urgently sort it out, get a conclusion as a priority and start planting the school. And also prepare an appropriate agreement to obtain a work permit in an expedited manner. You are already lagging behind,” Aimanbetov warned.

In total, within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" in the Karaganda region, it is planned to build 18 secondary education facilities. The construction of 10 comfortable schools will begin this year, and 8 schools will open their doors by the end of 2025. Successful implementation of the national project will create 12.5 thousand additional student places throughout the region.
