The issues of laying fibre-optic communication lines (FOCL) to each comfortable school were discussed at the meeting in the walls of Samruk-Kazyna Construction. Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov received representatives of Kazakhtelecom JSC Adia Alimbayeva and Elik Tasbulatov, as well as representative of Transtelecom JSC Anuar Kumpekeev.

During the dialogue, the parties stated that they are open to cooperation. In turn, Aimanbetov asked the company to provide detailed calculations of distances, terms and costs of laying FOCL to all 208 comfortable schools, which are scheduled for delivery next year. In turn, Samruk-Kazyna Construction specialists will provide all addresses and coordinates of land plots allocated for the construction of educational institutions.

According to the Chairman, the Internet connection to the comfortable schools should be done by experienced companies with professional specialists. There should be no alterations, as all educational institutions should be provided with internet speed of at least 100 Mbit/sec by commissioning. This is a requirement of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The possibility of signing a tripartite memorandum between Samruk-Kazyna Construction, local executive bodies and contractors in terms of connecting FOCL to the construction sites of schools to ensure video surveillance of the construction process is also considered.
