Residential buildings serviced by Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC are being prepared for the heating season
One of the activities of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC is maintenance of rental housing with buyout, built within the framework of the Anti-crisis programme and the state programme "Nurly Zher".
As of today 35 objects of housing stock and 1 business centre in 11 regions of the country are serviced by the Company. As winter is approaching, the issue of preparing these buildings for the heating season, which is handled by the Department of Operation and Realisation of Assets - a structural subdivision of Samruk-Kazyna Construction.
Management bodies have been established at all buildings, except for the housing estate "Adia" in Shymkent, and works are being carried out on inspection of objects, repair of engineering systems (MZhD on Demesinov Street in Kyzylorda, housing estate "Asyl" in Semey and MZhD in mkr. 32A in Aktau), obtaining acts of technical readiness for the heating season and others. In addition, the Department of Operation and Asset Realisation carried out works with the IOI to improve the adjacent territory of the facilities serviced by the Company. In particular, planting of flowers and landscaping, installation of lighting and bicycle car parks, painting of curbs, repair of old children's playgrounds and installation of new ones, current repair of entrances of Asyl Arman Residential Complex in Almaty region. In the apartment block on Esenberlin Avenue in Ust-Kamenogorsk and in the Residential Complex "Asyl" in Semey, asphalting of access road was performed, storm water drainage system was repaired. In the Batys Premium Residential Complex in Aktobe city, pavers were repaired and sewage wells were relocated.
