On 18 October in the afternoon, Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov met with contractors and design organisations of Comfort Schools. About 20 companies discussed the progress of the national project.

Antarium LLP works on 7 construction sites in Mangistau, Aktobe, West Kazakhstan, Kostanay regions. On the land plots the process is established, and there is a full understanding with the design organisation. Necessary mobilisation of forces and equipment has been done, so there is no delay from the schedule.

What not to say about SK-A-Stroimontazh LLP. The company won an open tender for the construction of three comfortable schools in Mangistau Oblast. The excavation is not completed, there is no fence, cameras are not connected. The contractor refers to the lack of electricity, the peculiarities of the terrain, namely the nomadic dunes and strong winds, because of which the company failed with the installation of the first fence. The builders are ready to work 24/7 and correct the shortcomings, increase the pace, increase the number of workers within a week. They will report on a daily basis.

Asti LLP, which will build three comfortable schools in Kostanay region and one educational institution each in Astana and Petropavlovsk, will start a two-shift schedule on Monday. Lack of electricity prevented the company from working day and night. The issue will be resolved by next week.

Kurylysinvestgroup LLP, Eurostroy, AS Kurylys, Ondasyn Construction, Alliance Ltd and SMK-Atameken were analysed at the meeting to find out the reasons for lagging behind schedule. Instructions for all contractors are the same: to increase the number of equipment and workers, to develop a roadmap for the stages of implementation of the National Project for each site and to catch up the pace.

"To mobilise forces and equipment, you have the money - we have paid you an advance payment. There are no obstacles to fulfilment. You should work harmoniously with project organisations, you have chosen them yourselves. The land plots have been received, where there was a need to replace the territory, we have worked out the issue together with the MIO. Problems on access roads and engineering networks are also solved by akimats. Therefore, it is time to leave the excuses and work hard", - said the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction".

Maulen Aimanbetov also instructed the contractors to divide the territory into green and red zones at an accelerated pace, to concretise roads for heavy machinery around the perimeter of the excavation, to fill pavements for workers with inert material. It is necessary to tidy up the technical rooms and install warehouses for storing materials.
