February 9, Chairman of the Board of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" also heard the report for 2023 of the Director of HR and Organizational Work Department Gulbarshin Abdigalieva.

HR policy of the Company is aimed at systematic planning and forecasting of human resources, development of corporate culture of the company in order to achieve high labor productivity and readiness for change.

A lot of work was done by the department in 2023:

  • A new organizational structure of the Company was approved; the Company's staffing was increased in connection with the implementation of the Comfortable School National Project;
  • 100% staffing of the number of employees for the implementation of the National Project "Comfortable School" was carried out;
  • in order to build a fair remuneration system, positions were evaluated with the involvement of Samruk Business Academy experts;
  • the personnel search and selection system was improved and personnel administration processes were automated;
  • measures were taken to implement ESG for 2023.

"The Company increases the level of social protection of its employees, takes measures to ensure social stability, and has approved the Company's Social Policy. The Company analyzes the engagement index indicators on an annual basis in order to identify areas of work with personnel. Periodic assessment of employees' performance allows to identify strengths and weaknesses and further develop methods of work with personnel to increase motivation", - informed the Director of the Department.

Based on the results of the annual assessment of employees, the company has formed a personnel reserve consisting of experienced specialists. Individual development plans have been defined for the reservists, which include leadership development programs.

Maulen Aimanbetov instructed to raise this index of staff involvement in 2024 by organizing corporate events, devoting time to participate in corporate events of portfolio companies of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, organizing congratulations of the management of employees on national holidays.

Gulbarshin Abdigalieva, Director of HR and Organizational Work Department, has set goals for 2024 such as:

  • application of best practices for improving business processes;
  • introduction of automation in the field of human resources management, performance evaluation and personnel efficiency;
  • minimizing bureaucratic delays in payment of travel expenses, vacations, hiring, forming a pool of qualified specialists.
