Meeting with akim: progress in implementation of the national project in Karaganda region reviewed

В ходе рабочей поездки он осмотрел несколько строительных участков, а во второй половине дня в акимате области состоялось совещание с участием главы региона Ермаганбета Булекпаева. Председатель Правления Samruk-Kazyna Construction Маулен Айманбетов не смог присутствовать лично, поэтому к совещанию подключился онлайн.
To date, the pace of work of the contractor organization Astana-Koktem C LLP, which is building comfortable schools in the neighborhood "Zhana Audan" of Karaganda city for 1200 seats, as well as in the villages of Ushtobe and Doskey for 300 seats each. When visiting these sites, First Deputy Chairman Gabit Malgazdarov requested all documents to understand the situation and asked for a week to study the data to make a final decision: to terminate the contract with the company or not.
The company "Stink TFC", which is building 4 schools each for 300 places in Karaganda city, Bukhar-Zhyrau and Shet districts, was instructed to accelerate the pace of work, organize work in several shifts to keep up with the schedule.
The companies "BiGlobal", building a school for 2,000 seats in the "Kendala" neighborhood of Karaganda, "AN Groups", building a school in the "Blue Ponds" neighborhood were instructed to work at the same pace and complete the construction of facilities before the beginning of the school year. In total, 7 comfortable schools are planned to be put into operation in Karaganda region by September 1, 2024. 3 schools will open their doors by the end of the year. Another 8 schools are planned to be built and commissioned in 2025. In total, 18 comfortable schools for 12.5 thousand pupils will appear in the region within the framework of the National Project.
There are no problems in terms of providing schools with engineering infrastructure. As of today, for 2 out of 3 sites, where it is necessary to extend the networks, the design and construction documents have been released from the state expert review, contractors have been identified. All works are planned to be completed before the schools are put into operation.
Karaganda region is also in the lead in allocation of land plots for schools, construction of which is planned for 2025. Land plots have been allocated for 5 schools, and 3 schools are under construction.
In general, Maulen Aimanbetov was satisfied with the work done jointly by the management of Karaganda region and Samruk-Kazyna Construction. He thanked Akim of the region Yermaganbet Bulekpaev for responsiveness and activity. The head of the region assured that he would keep the progress of the national project implementation on personal control and is ready to provide as much support as possible on all arising issues.
