Head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction instructed contractors of comfortable schools to accelerate the pace of work

В связи с погодными условиями и отмененным рейсом, Председатель Правления Маулен Айманбетов принял участие на встрече в режиме онлайн. На повестке дня – ход строительства будущих учебных заведений, о котором доложились подрядчики.
Ak Ordasy Corporation LLP is constructing 3 comfortable schools in the metropolis, of which 2 are designed for 1,200 pupils and one for 1,500 pupils. The works are being carried out according to the schedule, but there is also a potential to accelerate the pace. For this purpose, the construction company has applied for an advance payment through an escrow account. The contract with Kazpost JSC has been concluded, and the directorate will send the money in the first half of next week.
A.R.T.-Kurylys LLP has no delays from the schedule. The company is actively constructing three educational institutions. The number of workers at the sites is planned to increase, which will allow to put the schools into operation in time until September 1. "In Shymkent there is an acute issue of shortage of pupil places, therefore it is especially important to open educational institutions before the new school year, children are waiting for it", - noted Maulen Aimanbetov, Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction.
The same assignment was given to Otau Stroy LLP, which is responsible for the construction of two comfortable schools in Akzhar and Bozaryk neighborhoods. The capacity of one is designed for 600, the second for 2000 pupils. Since March 1, the contractor organization has been working round-the-clock.
The residents of the "Yugovostok" microdistrict will be pleased with the school for 1200 seats, which will open its doors on the Day of Knowledge. The contracting organization of this object is Yugstroyservis-N LLP. Ontustik Construction LLP has no problems and current construction issues. The large company is building 3 educational institutions for 2000 places each this year. The contractor has applied for advance payments and expects money next week. At the meeting Maulen Aimanbetov instructed the leaders of consortiums to start work on determining furniture for comfortable schools. For this purpose, it is necessary to fully study the local market and familiarize with the goods by sight.
At the meeting with representatives of the akimat, the parties discussed the issues of supplying engineering and communication infrastructure. To date, 8 projects have received a positive conclusion of the state expertise, 4 projects are under consideration. After that it is planned to conclude contracts with contractors. Let's remind that according to the law "About education" purchases of necessary services can be carried out from one source.
In 2024-2025 in Shymkent city 6 more educational institutions of new format will be built within the framework of the national project. The land plots for construction are provided, but some of them are undergoing legal proceedings. After full withdrawal of the territories for future schools will be re-registered to Samruk-Kazyna Construction. This is a prerequisite for bidding procedures and design of educational institutions. In this regard, Maulen Aimanbetov emphasized the need to accelerate in this direction.
